‘Centero’ featured in Jon DaSilva BBC 6 Mix

My track ‘Centero’ from the Mighty Force MFACID#4 release was aired on Jon DaSilva’s BBC 6 Mix on the Mary Ann Hobbs show.

The mix is an homage to the Hot nights at FAC 51 The Hacienda with new tunes slipped in for good measure. Features music from Adonis Acid Originator, Sweet Exorcist, Risque 3, Granary 12, Inkipak and more.

Jon Dasilva was one of the first DJs to create Acid House sets during his tenure as resident at the game-changing club night Hot at the Hacienda in 1988. Always innovative, his sets would create a soundscape that heralded a new era of clubbing.
Dasilva’s career has taken him around the world. He was the first guest DJ to be booked by Slam in Glasgow back in 1989, first UK DJ to play Tresor in Berlin in 1990. He was also one of the first British DJs to play China in the mid-90s, and was resident on the first Strictly Rhythm Records Tour alongside Todd Terry and a young Roger Sanchez.
